The stay had a pleasant atmosphere with a well-designed lounge for relaxation. However, the breakfast offerings were quite limited and needed more variety, particularly for vegetarians. Also, the windows in the room were blocked, restricting the view and natural light, which could feel a bit stifling.

I had a fantastic stay for 3 nights in a Superior Twin Room. The location was perfect for hopping around to places like Gion and Fushimi Inari. The breakfast, which had both Japanese and American options, was delicious. The snacks and cocktails in the lounge were a nice bonus too! 🌟

close proximity to train station, quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants
The lack of a professional kitchen led to an unpleasant fish smell permeating the property!!! Also, the exclusively Japanese cuisine options limited choices for international guests!!! It would be better to diversify the menu.

Super convenient and cozy stay!
This place was super cute and had such a chill vibe! The free snacks and drinks in the lounge were a lovely little surprise—great for downtime after exploring. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were always super welcoming. Just wish the bathroom had a bit more space, though.

Great location for exploring, with easy access to public transport. Breakfast was delightful, offering a mix of options to start the day. Staff were very helpful in suggesting local attractions to enhance our journey.
The view from our room was limited, and being unable to open the windows felt a bit restrictive, though the air conditioning worked quietly and efficiently.

Families will love it
After a long day out, the happy hour was a game changer,, self-serve beer and cozy atmosphere helped us relax. The friendly staff even arranged a cab for a late dinner, and communicated with the driver in perfect Japanese, making the whole experience smooth.
It's not exactly budget-friendly,, but worth the splurge.
